During the conference held on May 5, Miller addressed the tensions that are redefining the international balance of power, the role of technological supply chains, and the geopolitical implications of competition among great powers.

The conference featured opening remarks by Nicolás Ibáñez and the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency, José García Ruminot, as well as a presentation by academic María José Naudon.

Subsequently, a panel on security and contemporary strategic challenges was held with the participation of Ana Victoria Quintana, Patricia Bullrich, Daniel Lansberg-Rodríguez, and Richard Kouyoumdjian, moderated by María José Naudon.
